Mortgage payments are due on the first day of every month. If we recieve them after the first they are technically considered late. If we receive them after the 10th, there will be a late fee of $20 imposed.

We understand that these are tough times for everyone. W also know you've worked hard for your home. It is your biggest investment and you need to do everything you can to keep it. PLEASE plan your budget so that every month your mortgage is the first thing you pay.
